so i need to get out of my studio for a bit.  I think a bike ride around the city will do.  these chicago pictures are definitely challenging the crap out of me.  been working 12-18 hours a day for the last few weeks, aside from this last weekend where visitors came into town.  hoping to get this coat finished by this weekend, so as to allow me to relax/sleep on the beach next week. 

on the way back, I think i'll buy a coffee at my 7-11 down the street since i no longer have a working coffee pot.  my current brewing method is as archiac as it gets.  it consists of the filter holder, and a spoon to depress the plunger and pass coffee into my cup.  it sucks.  i will be buying a new one next week.  no time to do it now.
